Say "Goodbye" to Insomnia

Nowadays, 6 out of 10 people's are suffering from insomnia (sleep deprivation). Which can also risk your health like heart diseases, blood pressure, post traumic stress disorder,depression. It is even rapidly increasing in teen's today.But how to get rid of it. Are sleeping pills is a permanent solution?
Everything has two phases, like coins, the darker or the other brighter one. It depends on us, which phase of life we choose for us. Insomnia's can be the craziest stuff. When we understand the main cause of insomnia .Anxiety, stress, depression, over thinking ( or can say imagining things which doesn't exist.)or in some cases other common emotional or psychlogical causes include anger, worry, grief, worry, bipolar disorders, etc.are the main causes of insomnia. But do we ever really thought where the actual problems is.?
Dont you all feel its all our mind. Or stress, anxiety, depression are the persona.Who are our near and dear ones. No, it just a state of our mind where we can't handle things around us or our own emotions.A confusing state of mind where we dont understand what to do. Or sometimes emotional loss due to others behaviour. But are they really that big as much we make it. There's a qoute "One day you 'll look back and laugh, over the problems once you worried about."

We need to change our thoughts, our mind, our perception towards our problems. We need to realise that we can't undo something all we can do is accepting and changing and making things better and stronger to face the situation. We should always remember "We can't solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." Life isn't always similar. There's ups and downs. And there's always one way out of every problems.

Personally I feel the only solution for insomnia is relaxing your mind and making it free of thoughts. Giving your mind some rest. Even robot need charging, remote need batteries, human need food. So , the mind need calmness. We overvalue mere and petty thoughts more than our ownselves. Anxiety, depression, stress it all starts and ends within us. It depends on us how we take it. Rather than assuming things which are disturbing . It can be anything family issue, work load, studies and many more.It's better to distract those mere thoughts for timewhile ,with some crazy stuffs, with some crazy imaginations. Have you ever imagined yourself as a superhero of a comic or something more Cupid. Like a kid. Kids have a great imagination power beacuse they dont have ego.They dont keep things within and live their life .They live simply without bringing the I factor. So they are always happy. A "sorry" can end their fight eternally not only externally like we do. Even after forgiving we can't forgive. Internally we keep a grief.Always remember Life is too short to worry about stupid things. Have fun. Fall in love. Regret nothing and dont let peoples let you down. Stay crazy. Dream hard,work hard.We all have some dreams,some desires. Some of adventures, some sight-seeing, and for some enjoying the small things.(making every moment lively).Like bonfire, early morning walk, watching stars, rising sun(sunsets are common), listening songs, workout,reading books, creeping like birds,etc. Simplicity is a bliss, we let our expectations ruin us. Why to bring our so called "ego." Be quick at forgiving. Weak can't forgive, it's a attribute of strong people's. Before changing others change your own thought, and the world 'll change around you.. E.g. someday you're extremely happy and someone says you. Nothing goes right in my life. You 'll say, it's phases of life. Don't worry. Everything will get alrighWhere when you're angry or sad. Rather than encouraging other you 'll also start relating yourself with them. We term every emotion according to our emotions. We all expect others understand us ,support us. Try to understand other, others will understand you." Change yourself before changing others." Loneliness is a empty feeling, be lively and you automatically 'll become lovely.
Depression, anxiety, stress,anger, over thinking ,etc is just a negative state of mind . A part of your life, not your life itself. Hope, prayer, enthusiasm, love, happiness are the positives one. It depends on us which we choose.
