"Stop Worrying and Start Living"

When we worry about something is due to we fear about it. "What is fear?" According to me fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. When the word "fear" comes to my mind. I think of an emotion that's caused by bad emotion.It's an quintessential emotion.
If we ignite fire, and the fire will burns or fire burns. Is this a fear or we have knowledge that fire burns? What does fear do, rather than making us paralyze. Every where around us, fear follow us. In every part of our life.We all fear about what society will think about us. What other will gossip about us. If we do something different from society. By fearing we are favoring them,of what they want. Here whom are we benefiting? Dont you feel we are benefiting society, by following what they want. Or our parents, because they are controlling you from that fear. But is it beneficial for "You"? We all are just being controlled in our lives due to the so called fear.But what is fear.
In this outside world, along with people's we all try to find out reason and solution. By questioning "How to." But "How to" exists in the physical world not in physological world. For e.g.. Suppose you're in anger. And you are asking "How to overcome anger?" tell me Can anyone help you out in it? But if you say you don't know how to drive. And asks someone "How to drive?" A person can guide you regarding it. But can they help you to overcome your anger.?

Do they know,
- The reason behind it?Or
- From when the anger is?Or
- How much the anger is
- Is it logical or genuine?Or
- Is he/she are being tortured.
There should be anger, but we need to understand and act accordingly. Things done or said in anger are always miserable. Here we need to think psychologically not physically "How to".
"How to" belongs where there physical things required. "But we all say or ask how to in every situation"
There can be two situations.
Suppose you saw a ghost. And ask "How to overcome ghost."or you ask "Does ghosts even exist." Is your fear actually exists? or its just a state of our mind. when we will follow "How to overcome" we all 'll be tipped by wear cross, keep Hanuman Chalisa or any stone, etc. But if you think "What is ghost or what's your fear" does it even exists or theres nothing such as. None of us asks" WHAT IS FEAR?" Is it tangible or a thing or something particular. No, it's just a state of our mind. About "what if's". "What if" , this only thought is sufficient to make us self grounded.
We don't do things what we want to do, due to fear; or we do things without desire, without our choice ,due to fear. It can be anywhere. In choice of career , relation, exams, anywhere. "Wherever we go, fear follows us."
"BUT DO WE EVER TRY TO KNOW THE REASON BEHIND FEAR?"
Or "TO KNOW WHAT IT IS?"
Dont you feel "desire" is the reason of fear. Dont you feel "attachment " is the root of our fear?
" Can we leave our desires or attachments?"No.But untill and unless we aren't ready to leave "our desires, our attachments".How can we stop fearing.!?
Desire of getting good marks. Desire of cracking comparative exams. The amount of desire, the amount of fear.
Or if you're attached to a person. The deeper the attachment the deeper the fear. We don't think about people in general ,or to whom we aren't attached. We don't fear from there "what if's"too. Dose earthquakes, Tsunamis,etc affects you until it's your place or your near and dear ones. Many people dies in a day. We don't feel bad about them. We feel bad when when we are attached or have desire towards it.
It doesn't mean we shouldn't be attached or stop desiring. But we need to understand the reason behind fears. Dont you feel where attachment or desire is, there fear is?" Because we have given much more importance than needed. And where we give importance, we start keeping desires, expecatation ,hopes towards it. And to fulfil those expectations ,hopes. We start fearing from " What if's ". What if I couldn't. What if I fail. With thar fear of failure you can't move ahead. Because you are always fearful with failure.We all fear from failure. What if i fail, rather than start loving studying. We always let our fear our negativiy win.Rather than working for it. And bringing acceptance. Suppose, you're an entrepreneur and you target for 50% and got 25-30%.but you couldn't reach your target. Then either you can blame or bring acceptance. Bringing acceptance will encourage you. Where expectations (desires) will discourage you. We all like to be appreciated. If we worked hard from something. Nobody like or want that people only see their flaws but not there betterment, increment. Everyone learn from their mistakes, and when you appriciate them they 'll do it enthusiastically rather than just sake of doing. It doesn't mean we shouldn't work hard. And why to fear attachment. Where attachment is there love is. It shouldn't be like you're attached with someone and they aren't and for the sake of being with them they start using you, a lot attachment brings possession too. Possession is nothing but fear.Which is restrictive. Where nobody like to be restricted. When you become absolute fearless. You can focus on present. Because you present matters to your future. What we sow, so shall we reap. Always remember, expectations, desires attachments are like sand. If you try to hold it tighter, the faster the Sand you will lose.
Living life always being fearful is worthless.
